What pains do we solve?

In most establishments, guests are forced

What does the system consist of?

The solution is built as a single ecosystem and includes several components:

They are placed on tables and in service areas. Guests can call a waiter with a single press, eliminating the need to search for staff or use unnecessary gestures. Additionally, the buttons can contain special markers, such as "Bill": the waiter immediately sees the type of request and can prepare the bill in advance and bring it to the guest, saving time and improving the service experience.

System Control Center. The server receives calls from the gateway, processes events, manages request logic, staff roles, and data storage. This is where all business logic and analytics are generated—the heart of the project.
Mobile application
Mobile application
A key tool for staff's daily work. All calls are sent directly to the app, where the status, request type, and action history are displayed. Real-time analytics on response speed and employee workload are available, helping staff work more efficiently and allowing the establishment owner to see the full picture and make informed decisions.

How does this work

The guest presses the call button on the table.
The event is instantly transmitted to the system.
Staff receive a notification indicating the table, room, and type of request.
The call is accepted and monitored until completion.
All actions are recorded and available for analysis.
The process is completely transparent and controllable – from the moment the call is made until it is closed.

Roles and access

The system supports several roles, each of which has its own interface and set of functions:
